Hello, I am Elsa. I call the Wimmera my home and the farmland is my roots. People are my thing, and as long as I can remember my dream has been to empower people. Passionate is the word I use to describe myself. I adore plants. I love to use them as wellness tools… but more importantly, it brings me alive to share my wisdom and show others how they can transform their lives with plants too. I am wonderfully passionate about empowering people to take charge of their health so they too can thrive.
I’m dedicated to inspiring connection back to natural living, longevity, freedom, vitality and self through Earth-based education, products and resources.
I don't believe that we deserve to feel anything less than healthy.
I unscrew the cap, take a drop of essential oil into my hands.. cup them.. and breathe deeply..
allowing the oil's healing message to reach where it needs to go.
In that moment I can stop, make life slow and give myself the oppoprtunity to mindfully come
back to me.. come back to my heart.
We are empowered by choice liberated by love
and
Making the world a better place one drop at a time

What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is a holistic healing therapy that use’s essential oils to promote health and wellbeing.
What are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are the aromatic compound of the plant. Concentrated plant essence. The personality of the plant. Humans have known about the healing powers of plants for over 3000 years. Evidence and early records of plants being used medicinally are found in almost all ancient civilisations. From ancient Egypt, traditional Eastern medical systems such as Ayurveda and TCM, and even the Greeks and Romans gathered extensive collections of plants to heal their armies. Today there are up to 70 000 types of plants that are traded around the world for their medicinal properties.
Early essential oil extraction also occurred in many of these ancient civilisations so that the oils could be used for healing. The term "Aromatherapy" was born in the early 20th century and studies over the last 100 years have explored the benefits of essential oils. Today essential oils are stepping into the spotlight as a major healing tool. Many have found to have potent effects on the body and they also offer a solution for replacing harmful chemicals in the home. They are potent healers on the physical, emotional, mental and energy bodies.
Essential oils are an integral part of the plants physiology, used to protect them against pathogens, insects and even other plants. Plants also use their aromatic compounds to attract insects to pollinate. The oils are found from the leaves to the roots and everywhere in between. A range of techniques such as distillation and cold pressing are used to extract the essential oils. When you hold an essential oil in your hand, it is the concentrate of the plant’s essence allowing you to harness that plants medicine for yourself. Using essential oil is 50 to 70 times more potent than using the complete plant. For example, 1 drop of peppermint is equal to 28 cups of peppermint tea. Less is more! They pack a punch!
Essential oils are a holistic health toolkit! As with all plants they are a gift from Earth to help guide us home to love, to reclaim our birthright of health, vitality and joy, emotional and mental harmony and soul awakening.
I am a ‘Yes’
I am a ‘Thankyou’
I am a ‘I choose This’
I am a ‘scared but doing it anyway’
I am all of the colours.
I am so grateful you are here!
How do they work?
Inhaling essential oils can have an amazing and rapid impact on the body. The essential oil molecules absorb into your lungs, entering the bloodstream. They also communicate through the olfactory system (sense of smell) influencing parts of your brain and altering physiological function throughout your body such as heart rate and blood pressure. The oils chemistry dances with the physical makeup and energy of our body.
Nothing takes you down memory lane faster than your sense of smell. As you inhale an essential oil, it will impact your mind and emotions. These beautiful aromatic compounds drift up the olfactory bulbs, enter the brain and go straight to the limbic system. This is the brains emotional control centre, where our fight and flight response comes from and our memory bank.
Although it may seem like you are just smelling an essential oil... it is a highly potent and powerful way of balancing the body and mind. Through our smell, we access deep into the brain and nervous system. From there we can access all other parts of the body and mind. It’s a ripple effect. Yes, oils can support healing for the body, for the mind, emotions and for the soul.
